About the Event
Charleston County Public Library has joined forced with the Charleston County Parks and Recreation along with support from Healthy Tri-County to create a free interactive Storywalk for all book lovers. The Storywalk will open with an official free kickoff event at the North Charleston Wannamaker County Park. The Storywalk will take place around the lagoon at the park and guests will have access to dozens of games, songs, activities, and a special storytime. The first book to be featured in the Storywalk will be “From Head to Toe” by Eric Carle, a classic children’s book illustrator. The Storywalk is free to all park guests during the park’s normal operating hours.
