Personalize the Plan
Oak at Park plans are semi custom, which means you have a hand in choosing your home's design and finishing touches before the home goes to construction. Under normal timelines, this process typically takes months and usually puts the homeowner (that's you!) out tens of thousands of dollars. Not to mention the costs of preparing the land and all the stress that goes with it. Through our semi-custom process, you can have your home designed and ready to build in a matter of weeks. That's crazy fast for new home construction!
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Get in touch.
Let us know you're if interested in building one of our homes. You can email us, complete our contact form, leave us a message in the chat box (bottom right), or give us a call at (843) 302-9112. Let us know which plan you'd like to use and which lot (check out the new subdivision here) your prefer. Feel free to share your overall home goals and any initial changes you'd like make with our team.
Step 2: Design your home.
Work with our design team on the layout of the space and the selection of interior and exterior finishes. Along the way, we'll also give you an idea of what the final home cost would be with the requested customizations. In general, this process typically takes about 1-2 weeks.
Step 3: Give us the green light.
Once we have all your customizations, we'll develop a final proof for your approval. If the plan looks good, we'll start on construction right away and give you an estimated move-in date. At this point, your job is done!
